Alright...I was lookin' back through iPhoto and WOW does that even more motivate me to keep going in the healthy direction. This past year brought me to the largest I have EVER been. I found a pic of Jeff and me in Vegas. UH! Talk about out of shape. I actually hadn't reached my heaviest but was getting there. Jeff was close to reaching his heaviest at this point and the Dr. had already given him orders to get his weight under control.

We're workin' hard toward our goal...got a ways to go. This morning when I weighed, I finally reached a goal I've been workin' on for a couple of weeks now. I hit a plateau and was getting very frustrated but kept goin' and finally broke through this morning. So I'm at the lowest I've been in over 3 years. Super excited about that. Jeff has actually lost down to pre-marriage weight...before we even started dating. It's the thinnest I've ever seen him. Now that we've been doing this for several months I'll start bloggin' updates periodically. Wanted to be sure we stuck with it before I started.
