I took a video of her singing...but unfortunately didn't check to see how much time was left on my memory card. I did get most of it though. She's the second soloist in this clip.

Courtney's Choir Concert 04-15-11
Courtney sang a solo in her choir performance on Tuesday. It was a Beatle's medley and she sang part of the song "Get Back". While they were warming up, her face was red and we could tell she was feeling sick from being nervous. She said she felt like she was going to puke. :) This was her first solo...so I can imagine it was very nerve racking. She practiced and practiced at home and I'm so proud of her. Here are a few pics. Her grandma Jan and aunt Sara traveled up to see her, too. We all went out to eat after the concert. Courtney chose Mexican of course. :) Who doesn't love that. It was good to see Jan and Sara and Courtney was so glad they came up to see her.
